CF Looking to rent room late AUGUST or 9/1 Georgetown or nearby

Hi! I'm moving from Denver to start a job in architecture in late August. I'm looking for 8/15 or 9/1 move in date. Ideally, I would like to sublet a room in an established apartment or house initially since I won't have much stuff with me. I will be working standard 9-6 and am very clean and respectful of common areas. I'm looking forward to making new friends in DC.

    Hi Sasha,

    I have a 1br apartment in Cathedral Heights, which is close to the Cleveland Park and Tenleytown Metro stations. The rent is $870/mo., utilities included. It's a very safe area, accessible to several bus lines, and right next door to a grocery store. My current roommate will be moving out at the end of July, so I would like my new roommate to move in in early August. If you may be interested let me know and we can email!
