Baltimore City Artist House - Private Bdrm. avail. in 3br house (w/shared art space)
Looking for a housemate (man or a woman) to share a 3 bedroom house. Enjoy all of pleasantries of this quiet, safe, residential, newly developed neighborhood. The newly built home is situated in the Uplands/Pennrose community area. This housemate will occupy one of two available bedrooms on the second level of the home. How is the vibe in the house? The home is designed to support professional artists, writers, and other young professionals and their art form. The current housemate is hardworking, clean, organized and respectful entrepreneur/artist/professional.
Here are some details about the bedroom:
Room: unfurnished
Bedroom Size: 10 feet long and feet 10 ft wide. The room has 9 foot ceilings
Bathroom: Shared with one other very clean individual.
Address: Baltimore City; Located in the Uplands/Pennrose Community
Square footage of house: newly built 1950 square feet
Lease Period: 1 year
Utilities: Not Included (shared among room mates)
Washer/Dryer: Included
A/C- Central Air
Bedroom Windows: 2 large windows shows the view of the Baltimore City skyline and community
Parking: Ample Street parking available
Metro: MetroBus 20, 78, 23, etc. Bus Route 5 minute walk, 15 minute drive to Downtown Baltimore
Grocery Store: Giant, 3 blocks away
Pets: Sorry no pets
Kitchen: Hardwood floor, new cabinetry, stainless steel appliances/fixtures, dish washer, gas range, recessed lighting, etc.
