CF Looking for Housing in VA within walking distance to metro!

I'm currently looking for a room to rent that I could move into after September 1st or at the end of this month.

I am looking for a place in Virginia within walking distance to a metro as I don't have a car. I am employed, responsible, friendly, and caring. I also enjoy having a clean kitchen (you don't have to worry about dirty dishes from me lol).

I would like to stay around $750 for rent, but please message me even if your room available is more or less than my preferred rate!

This is kind of an emergency since I found out yesterday that my landlady will no longer have the house next month that I am currently occupying a room in.
