Columbia Heights Housing for Aug 1 (or before) Move-In

We are looking for a 4th roommate to fill the fourth bedroom of a house in Columbia Heights - 10 minute walk from the metro. The bedroom is situated in a private Lower level with a separate living space and bedroom with attached bath and walk in closet. The space has its own private entrance. Dogs are allowed on a case by case basis. Rent is approx $1100-$1200. We are looking for a clean, considerate roommate. We are active in our church community and host a weekly bible study.
