CM LF roommates at townhouse near Mosaic

Hey guys - currently at the townhouse linked to below and will have 2 rooms available as of August 1st (possibly a few days sooner). Looking for any Christian guys to talk about God with and to help with housing for anyone who's in need.

I do have a brewery setup that I run out of the 2-car garage. I pay extra to dedicate the garage space to it (and a bit of closet space inside for ingredients), and there's also a cat.

I'm currently using the master bedroom, but I'm totally happy to switch rooms. The total rent is $3300 (not including utilities), the rent would be 900/900/1500. There is a driveway just big enough for 2 cars, right now I park on the street a block and a half away.
