Master BR- E. Capitol/Potomac Ave - $1,195
Seeking CF to fill the Master Bedroom of a 3 Bed/1 Bath rowhouse in the East Capitol/Potomac Ave neighborhood. The Potomac Ave Metro Station (Orange/Blue), and Harris Teeter is one block away. Safeway and the Pretzel bakery are nearby as well.
Rent would be ~$1,195, available on Oct 02. We would be open to two people sharing the room. Utilities would be about $50 a month.
Your roommates would be two CF’s in their mid-late twenties active at The District Church and Union Church.
