CF -Room available ASAP Arlington- Rosslyn
Hi- I have a bedroom available for sublet in my 2bd/1ba in Arlington. The rent is $1000 and includes all utilities (if this is over your budget but you are interested please let me know what you are able to pay). The parking is free and so is the laundry! Walking distance to both Rosslyn and courthouse metros. The apartment is completely furnished except for the second bedroom.
About me- 30 CF, works full time at a D.C. Law firm and working on masters degree in the evenings. I love coffee, reading, photography, relaxing at home, brunch and adventures. I also have a cat Atticus who is very friendly and will be your instant best friend
