$885 bright, charming bedroom available in beautiful H St. row home!
We have a gorgeous bedroom available in our community-oriented group house!
Who: The housemates love gathering in the kitchen, cooking, hiking, and backyard bonfires. We are four ladies in our 20s and looking to fill a 5th spot in our home June 15th-ish (move-in date flexible).
Where: The house is on 9th & H Street NE in the hip H Street Corridor neighborhood just doors down from Chupacabra (best tacos!), a 15-20 minute walk to Union Station or NoMa metro stops, and the DC Streetcar and multiple bus lines have stops very close by.
What: The room available is a lovely room on the 2nd floor for $885 per/month + utilities (which average about $90/month). The room has hardwood floors, three big windows, and a large closet. This room shares a bathroom (with a skylight AND claw foot tub!) with one other girl. The house itself has beautiful hardwood floors and a cozy antique vibe with a back yard. The main floor has a living room, dining room, and large kitchen. Laundry facilities and some extra storage space are in the basement.
Extras: There will be a parking space available in the backyard. Internet and cable are hooked up and running. We have double ovens in our very large kitchen and also like to grill out on our back deck. The common space is very large, including a living room and dining room. Although there are 5 of us, it never feels crowded!
