Room in Bloomingdale Available June 1st -- $950!

We will have a room available on June 1st in our delightful Bloomingdale home. The rowhouse has 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, a renovated kitchen with an exposed brick wall, enclosed patio out back with 2 grills, friendly neighbors with cute dogs, and a beautiful private park right in our backyard. The available bedroom is on the second floor. It has hardwood floors and a closet, and comfortably fits a double bed, desk, and dresser. Our landlord is incredibly responsive and a great person to work with.

You’d be sharing the house with 2 ladies and 1 gentleman who go to District Church and Grace Meridian Hill. The house is big enough for us to spend time together in common spaces, but we all recognize the value of alone time and private space. We are hospitable (our Christmas-Hannukah parties are legendary) and love the occasional roomie date (usually involving exploring a new neighborhood restaurant and watching Jeopardy).

Closest metro: NoMa (Red), or Shaw (Green/Yellow), both ~15 minute walks away (plenty of bus lines within a few blocks)

Sadly no cats or dogs
