Hello, this posting is for an above garage, private loft apartment. The space will be available as of May 1st, but we’re flexible on move-in date. Seeking a Christian Female to rent the space on a 1 year lease term.
Who we are: Young Christian married couple with three children under six years old. Jonathan works in IT management and Grace is a health instructor. We regularly attend City Light church in Falls Church.
Rent is $1250 a month, which includes all utilities (and Wi-Fi Internet).

Modestly sized at around 350 sq. ft, it is two main rooms (kitchen and large bedroom) plus the bathroom. While the space is relatively small, with available storage downstairs and in the wall built-ins for dresser, etc., tenant is able to make good use of the space.

Detached from the main house, so it is private and quiet. Has it’s own entrance.
Lots of natural light with two skylights
Has it’s own laundry (located on the first floor of the garage)
Plenty of shared storage space on the first floor of the garage as well.
Street parking in front of the main residence (parking is always available on our street)
