Room availbale for rent open for immediate occupancy. Bedroom with ceiling fan, closet w/ built-in organizers, and private bathroom availble. Building amenities include: pickleball court, dog park/spa, rooftop grills/hang out areas, resident movie theater, resident lounge, co-working spaces, 24/7 security/concierge, gym w/sauna, two outdoor rooftop pools, and on-site parking garage.
Rent is pro-rated by room and is $1,200 per month plus 50% of shared utilities bill (heat, water, wi-fi etc.) usually averages less than $100 per month. Additionally, there is a $500 fee to be added as a roommate to the lease. There is a waiting list for parking which is available for an additional $350 per month. 
Building is located across the street from Whole Foods and walking distance to House and Senate office buildings. Navy Yard, Capitol Hill South, and Eastern Market metro stations are within walking distance. Capital bikeshare available outside of the building.
