Room Available for CF in Bloomingdale (NW DC) - $760

A room is opening up in a beautiful townhouse in the Bloomingdale neighborhood of DC with four other girls! The room is on the third floor, has lots of natural light, and you would share a bathroom with one other girl. Lots of parks, restaurants, and cafes are within just a few blocks of the house and it is about a 15 min walk from Shaw/Howard U metro. Trader Joe’s is also close by along with a couple small corner stores right in the area. Your roommates would be four other women in their mid-20s to early 30s with diverse professions. Rent is $760 with utilities usually ~ $100.
