Looking for a CF roommate in a lovely 4-bedroom, 2.5 bath row home in the beautiful Columbia Heights/Shaw neighborhood in DC. 15x9ft room available w/ shared bathroom on top floor. Home is spacious with tons of natural light, ample storage, and newly renovated kitchen and living spaces. Common areas are great for hosting incl. front porch and back closed-in patio w/ fire pit.

About us:
You will be joining 3 CF roommates (early to late 20s) who all enjoy hosting and community as well as living independently with separate social circles and local churches. This home is a safe and cozy place to return to after work and is welcoming and friendly to all who enter. We love to host dinner parties, game nights, and bonfires, and have sought to foster a house culture that values community and intentionality.
