1 bedroom in NE for $1000 available Feb 1

Looking for someone to take
over my lease for a 3 bed/1 bath basement unit! Ready for move in on Feb 1 (can be ready earlier if need be).

The Space:
  • One private bedroom + one full bathroom (shared with one other guy) 
  • Rent is $1000 + utilities 
  • Full bed and dresser available to keep in the space if you are interested
  • Open to month to month lease
The House:
  • Open concept living space & renovated kitchen (stainless steel dishwasher, electric stove, central air and heat, in unit washer/dryer, big backyard and deck)
  • Private entrance to basement unit, and main entrance to the house
  • Excellent neighbors. Benning Rd metro station is a 2 min drive, 10 min walk. Street parking is also easy in this area. 
  • Your roommate would be one other male (Greg) who is tidy and considerate of the space!

    I saw your rental listing and i wanted to know if it's still available.
    If so, please what the monthly rent is?  Also, here are some other questions I had:  
    Will the unit be furnished?  What is the neighborhood like?  I will appreciate if you kindly send the pictures of the place 
    On average, how much do the utilities cost? 

    When will the unit be available? 
    Can I sign a year lease Or Months To Months?  
    Do you require a deposit?
