Looking for two CM roommates in a Washington, DC Petworth row house, 5 miles north of
the Capitol. Located near major bus lines and a 15 minute walk to Ft.
Totten metro. Walking distance to neighborhood restaurants, CVS and
coffee shop. Across from a large neighborhood park with ample street
parking for residents and guests.
This
3 bedroom row house has two furnished bedrooms available for rent, each
with hardwood floors, a private bath and use of two closets. Rooms can
be rented unfurnished if desired. Shared, home office, living room,
dining room, two wood burning fireplaces, kitchen with dishwasher,
basement rec room with ½ bath and washer/dryer. Great water pressure and
tankless water heater. The house has a fenced back yard and patio area.
Must be ok living with a dog already at residence. Available starting
Jan 1, possibly earlier, for standard one year DC lease.
