Looking for a Christian woman to take my place and join 2 absolutely lovely housemates in our 3 bed/3.5 bath rowhouse in Kingman Park between Oct 15th-21st.

The Space:

• Private second floor bedroom with private full bathroom (with a skylight!) AND the smaller extra bedroom perfect as a WFH office/library
  
• Rent is ~ $1183 plus 1/3 utilities
  
• Twin bed, cabinet, bookshelves available to keep in the space if you are interested
  

The House:

• Open common living space (x2 - bonus room in basement) & updated kitchen with dishwasher and gas stove, first floor 1/2 bath, central air and heat, washer/dryer, two porches and HUGE backyard
  
• Excellent neighbors. Good downtown bus route stops nearby and Stadium Armory station is a 15 min walk. Street parking is also easy in this area and new bike lanes have recently been finished in the neighborhood. We have a parking spot out back that's not super accessible for everyday use but is available for out of town guests

The Vibe:

• your housemates are two professional women who enjoy hiking, reading, and watching superhero movies and who would love to have you join them doing those things!
  
• we'd like to find someone who is committed to a local church, wants to be hospitable with the space and maintain it well
• They're seriously the best and you should live with them
