The apartment has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The available bedroom has an adjacent unshared bathroom and a closet space with a built-in organizer. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances and a gas range. Floor-to-ceiling windows with a view of the Washington Monument and electronic phone-accessible locks.
The lease is month-to-month, and the building requires a 30-day notice before moving out. Monthly rent is $1,500 per month plus 50% of monthly utilities (wifi, water, heat, etc.), which usually totals around $75 per month. One month's rent deposit ($1,500) is required, plus a $500 move-in fee. Optional on-site parking is available for $300 per month.

CM is looking for a CM roommate in Navy Yard. The Illume is located within walking distance of the House/Senate office buildings, the National Park, the National Mall, and the waterfront. Whole Foods is conveniently located across the street, and Capitol South, Navy Yard, and Eastern Market metro stations are within walking distance.
