Room for CF in NW DC ~ $1150 ~ Close to U St Metro
Hello!
We are looking to fill an opening in our amazing row home in NW DC. The home is a few blocks from the U St metro, easy access to U St/14 St, Shaw, Columbia Heights, and a lovely 1 mile walk/bike to Logan and Dupont Circle. It's a 3 story, 4 bedroom row home, with a spacious kitchen, dining and living area on the main floor. There is a porch in the front of the house, and a patio at the back of the house, where we love to have bonfires. The home is perfect for hosting dinner parties and game nights! The open bedroom is on the second floor and has a shared bathroom. It has a very large window, and lots of space for a bed, desk, dresser, chair, etc.
You will join a house that has had Christian women living in the home since 2019, and we want it to continue being a place for Christian women to live in community in DC. There are 3 other Christian women in the home, ranging from mid 20s to early 30s, with a variety of interests and passions.
Rent: $1150 + utilities
Available for move in: Sept 17
12 month committment required
Parking: street parking
No pets. No smoking.
