CF Searching for Room/Roomates in Cap Hill/ Navy Yard/ NoMa Apartments

Hi! I’m looking to move mid-August to early September and searching for an open room to move into or a roommate to apartment hunt with! Areas I’m looking at are Capitol Hill, Navy Yard, or the NoMa area. Rent $1600 or less. Please reach out if you’re interested!

About me: early-twenties CF, works near the hill, clean, quiet, & responsible. Enjoys working out, social events, traveling, reading, & playing sports!
