CF room available August 1st ($1150 + Utilities) in NoMa Row Home!

Looking for a CF to join an August 1 lease in NoMa/Eckington area with my two lovely former roommates who are also CF who have lived in the area for a year. One of them attends NCC and the other attends Grace Mosaic! They enjoy cooking, exploring the neighborhood, game nights and movie nights! 

About the neighborhood: 

  • 10 minute walk from the Metro 
  • Multiple bus stops
  • Coffee shops nearby
  • Alethia Tanner park around the corner that hosts movie nights and a farmers market! 
  • Lovely landlord and reliable/trustworthy neighbors that we’ve gotten to know.


About the house: 

  • 3 bedroom 2.5 bath townhouse style apartment 
  • Patio with outdoor furniture
  • Cozy Fireplace
  • High ceilings 
  • Bright open space with floor to ceiling windows! 
  • In unit washer/dryer 
  • Open kitchen/living room concept 


About the available room: 

  • Spacious bedroom has large windows and ceiling windows which bring in such wonderful light
  • Spacious closet
