CF looking for room/roommate in Alexandria, Arlington, VA or Navy Yard, DC

Hello! I am a 26 y/o CF looking to move by August 1st, with a little room for flexibility. I would love to stay under $1,300 a month. I have a lab mix dog and a sweet quiet cat. I’d love to live in a house with a yard but understand that is hard to find, especially that will take cats too. I am very outgoing and love to make friends! I would love to have a roommate that I can bond with and that loves my animals as their own! I am looking for a home and a roommate, so if you are looking for both as well maybe we can look for a home together?! Please let me know if you are interested! Thanks!
