Come sublet a room in this spacious house in Capitol Hill/Kingman Park! This 3 bed/3.5 bath is newly renovated, complete with a dining area, kitchen with all new appliances and two washer/dryer units, huge back deck, and large back yard perfect for summer hangouts.
Room: A spacious sunlit room on the second floor with its own bathroom.
Housemates: Two friendly women in late 20s/early 30s. One works in development, and the other works for a church in the area.
Location: A few blocks from Lincoln Park and a short walk from RFK Stadium Metro. One parking spot/garage in the back.
Other: $1,180/mo plus internet/gas/electric split three ways (~100/mo).
Available July 5-September 1, with the possibility to take over the lease permanently if of interest.
