CM looking for roommate to fill second bedroom in two bedroom, two bathroom apartment in Navy Yard. Building is located just a few minutes walk from House/Senate office buildings, Barracks Row, waterfront, and the Wharf.
The Illume is a full-service luxury building and amenities include:
- Rooftop with two pools, grills, and indoor/outdoor lounge areas.
- Movie theater booked by reservation and on-site bike storage.
- Resident co-working space with on-tap coffee and resident lounge.
- 6,000 sq ft gym with classes, weight room, rock climbing wall, and sauna/locker room.
- Pickleball courts and dog park/spa.
- 24/7 concierge and security.
Apartment features brand new appliances including a six-burner gas range and an oversized in-unit washer/dryer. Brand new finishes and floor to ceiling windows reveal a western facing panoramic view including the Washington Monument. Apartment utilizes electronic/iphone locks.
The room features an overhead fan and closet with built-in organizer. Adjacent bathroom in private alcove.
Rent is $1,300 per month plus 50% of monthly utilities (wifi, water, HVAC/heat). A one-time $750 change of occupancy fee paid to the building and ones months rent as a deposit. Lease is month to month and room is available for rent immediately.
