It has a full kitchen (with gas stove), walk-in closet, separate bathroom and comes nicely furnished with mounted flatscreen TV, single bed (extra long) with an adjustable frame, table and chair (for work and/or dining), in addition to lounging space. We desire to rent to a Christian who is committed to godliness as well as cleanliness. Utilities, internet and laundry access are included. Happy to share more pics and schedule a visit upon request.

- The studio is within a half mile of Lincoln Park, H Street Corridor and Stadium Armory Metro.
- Included with the rental of the studio is an enclosed, secure place to store a bike. (This location is wonderful for bikers).
- There is plenty of street parking right outside of the studio.
- The studio is connected to a ministry house and offers a balance of total independence with the option of community connection. There is no pressure to engage but tenants will have the opportunity, if desired, to receive Christ centered prayer, encouragament and practical support.
