Freshly painted 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath apartment, renovated in 2015, in quiet Rosslyn neighborhood. 5-7 minute walk from the metro and the Marine Corps War Memorial. Apartment has wooden floors, in-unit laundry, and large balcony. Building has a pool, gym, tennis/pickle ball courts, and close to Safeway, Target, and multiple gyms.
Twelve month lease preferred -- may be shorter, but will increase monthly rent. Owner will pay for water and garbage. Tenant will pay for energy (Dominion) and internet/cable. Move in costs include security deposit (equal to 1 month's rent), $100 new tenant fee, and $350 move in fee. There's a one-time $200 pet fee. No smoking inside. Parking may be included and negotiated into terms of the lease.
