CF looking for housing/housemates in Capitol Hill/Hill East/Stadium Armory

Currently looking to move closer to my church, Christ City DC, and also near the Orange/Silver line for commuting to work. I'm looking for both housing and housemates. I've lived alone before, but I have found it so much more fulfilling to live in community with others! Happy to live in either a mixed gender or all female home. Most importantly, I love to bake, and I can't eat all that bread and cake alone. I'm in my 30's (but still a kid at heart), love to laugh, and enjoy making the most of everything DC has to offer. 

Preferred monthly rent range: $900 - $1200
