Hello! My name is Jessica Otero and I am a 25 y/o graduate student. I am moving to DC for a graduate program at the GW and am really looking forward to living in the city! I'd love to live with other CF who are interested in building community and doing life together. I'd love to shoot for an August 1st move in date. Ideally, I'd like to keep rent as close to <$1000, as possible but can be a little flexible. My only big preference is that I'd be within walking distance of a metro line with access to campus!
