THE HOUSE:

Our spacious house has one master bedroom opening on June 1st for $695 in Falls Church.  The one roommate that is moving lived at the house for five years is moving out and bought a condo just this past week.  Our house is a warm, encouraging, and relaxed environment and is a great place to live in comparison to other places in the area.  We are looking for a professional roommate with a steady income that will stay long term preferably at least one year.  The lease is month to month and must give at least a one month notice upon moving out.  There is a $500 security deposit required.  If this place sounds like a fit and are interested in meeting up with the roommates and schedule a house tour, please message John at powerplay9400@gmail.com.  

  

LOCATION:

We are about a mile from the West Falls Church metro, 7-minute drive to Tysons Corner and Mosaic, 12 minutes to Ballston/Clarendon area, and a 25-minute drive to Rosslyn in the morning commute.  Stores such as Whole Foods, Trader Joes, Giant, Target, Walmart are close by.  This location is great for easy access to highways nearby such as I-66, 495, 50, 29, and 7 to get into and out of DC. 

 

THE ROOM:

Room 1:  $695 upstairs bedroom approximately 14 x 15ft with a decent sized closet with a private bathroom.  Utilities run about $60-70/month.

  

THE PEOPLE:

The residents in the house attend various churches and have professional jobs in the local area.  Most residents in the house tend to stay a minimum of 2-3 years once they move in.  Some of us have financial experience, and others are into hiking, hockey, and hanging out with friends, and hosting events at the house.  We like to have conversations about investments such as Bitcoin, cryptocurrencies, Tesla, and additional hot stocks.  Overall, it is a group of guys who value their privacy but also enjoy hanging out with each other and share our experiences.  The house is very relaxed, and people get along well with the various backgrounds we have at the house.  We meet every 3 months for a house meeting to keep an open dialogue to keep communication open and open dialogue and improve as a household.  We do our best to keep the house clean and keep a minimal number of guidelines around general areas.  We are looking for guys that want more than just a place to sleep.  We want to build a strong community in the house, get to know each other well, hang out together, and live our faith together.  If this sound like a great fit for you, we would enjoy meeting you so please reach out to us!
