Lovely 1bd + Den/1ba Kingman Park Condo for Rent Soon!
Hi all -
Our current tenant is moving soon (likely July-ish), and so we are looking for a new tenant for our lovely Kingman Park condo.
We are looking to rent our 1bd + den/1ba condo for $2000. Photos of the place just before we moved are here, to give you a sense for the space. It has lovely vaulted ceilings, gets great light in the mornings, and the layout is very functional.
4 blocks from the Stadium/Armory Metro station, one block from the D6 stop, 5 blocks from The Fields at RFK (which are AWESOME), 5 blocks from Rosedale Pool/Rec Center/Library. Also if it matters, in bounds for Maury Elementary. Additionally, there is a lovely new protected bike lane from the condo to Lincoln Park.
