$700 Bedroom Available for CF in Potomac Yard/Del Ray Townhome
The Home: Our house is a big and beautiful townhome located in Potomac Yards/Del Rey, Alexandria! Our common kitchen and living room have high ceilings and a modern style. We are within walking distance of several grocery stores, many coffee shops, and Target. For public transportation, we are a 20-minute walk to the Braddock Metro, a 15 minute walk to the Potomac Yards Metro (that will be opening very soon, we hope!), and across the street from a bus stop. The house is close-by trails for running, walking, or biking, and it is a five-minute drive to the Alexandria waterfront.
The Space: We are seeking one CF to rent a private bedroom on the third floor. The spacious room is about 20' x 13' and includes two large free-standing wardrobes. The bathroom is shared with two other CF roommates who live on that floor. The room is carpeted with high ceilings (the rest of the house has hardwood floors). Washer and dryer are conveniently located on that same floor, but are generally very quiet. The space also has direct access to a balcony! Rent is $700 monthly, with utilities $40-$60 monthly. Move-in is available between mid-May (earlier if needed) and mid-June.
The Community: We are a welcoming, Christ-centered home of CF professionals in their 20's and 30's who go to a variety of churches in the area. The house has been such a huge blessing to me, so I hope that it will be for you too!
