$550 Private Bedroom in Delray Townhome CF
The Home: Our house is a big and beautiful townhome located in Del Rey, Alexandria! Our common kitchen and living room have high ceilings and a modern style. We are within walking distance of several grocery stores, many coffee shops, Target, and are a 20-minute walk to the Braddock Metro. There are lots of close-by trails for running or walking and it is a five-minute drive to the Alexandria waterfront.
The Space: We are seeking one CF to rent a private bedroom on the third floor. The room is 15.5' x 9' with a well sized closet. Bathroom is shared with two other CF roommates who live on that floor. Room is carpeted with high ceilings (the rest of the house has hardwood floors). Washer and dryer are conveniently located on that same floor, but are generally very quiet. The space is very new-looking and beautiful. Rent is $550 monthly, with utilities $40-$60 monthly. Move-in May 1st.
The Community: We are a welcoming, Christ-centered home with professionals in their 20's and 30's who go to a variety of churches in the area.
