Roommate Needed - Private Bed and Bath in Crystal City
Looking for someone to take over my roommate's lease (12 month, renews April 1) in Crystal City area.
The apartment is 2-bed, 2-bath. The available room is connected to a private bathroom. In-room laundry unit. I cook a lot, so the kitchen comes well-stocked with gizmos and gadgets.
The apartment building is a short walk from the Crystal City Metro station, and its possible to walk most of the way using the underground.
The building has a ton of amenities, including a great gym; business center; 24-hour concierge; rooftop pool, lounge, and grills.
The $1,275 monthly rental is below market for the area, and due largely to construction next door/in the neighborhood. Utilities run about $75-$100 per person and, since I occupy the master bed, I cover the high-speed internet subscription.
