We are looking for a career professional, respectful, quiet- ish, and clean- ish. 

No smoking of any kind. No cats. 

The house is located 3.5 miles from the Capitol, just across the bridge near Maryland. The drive to the Hill is easy and usually quick. 

Washer and dryer on site. 

Large backyard. 

Plenty of street parking. 

Quiet neighborhood except for busses. 

Utilities $100-$125 and then a bit more during summer bc of lawn care. 

Available April 1
