One Room about 11 by 11 feet available May 1st and probably a day or two earlier, with separate bathroom (UTILITIES INCLUDED!) and several closets in a spacious 2BR/2Bath apt 7-minutes walking distance to East Falls Church metro, has a parking lot and plenty of street parking. Full kitchen with brand new fridge and large living room to be shared just with me in a sunny townhouse with washer and dryer. There are bike trails right behind the building connecting all the way to DC and beyond. There are also plenty of restaurants/grocery stores within walking distance.
