Close to I-270, Commuter Train Station, and Shady Grove Metro. Free street parking is available in the neighborhood.
The available master bedroom features a large walk-in closet and updated ensuite bathroom. The room is furnished with a queen sized bed, one large dresser, one small dresser, and a small desk. Shared living space is updated with hardwood floors, granite counters and stainless steel appliances, and spacious living room. Washer and dryer in unit.
Rent is $900 per month which includes all utilities and cable+wifi with at least a one year lease.
About us: We (brother and sister) co-own this property and the brother will continue to reside at this location. He works full-time as an IT technician outside of the home and enjoys quiet relaxing nights at home. He enjoys anime, video games, and movies.
