Looking for a third female to join our beautiful Arlington townhouse. Room is spacious with large windows and lots of natural light, located in a desirable neighborhood on hiking/biking paths. Direct walking access to 2 metro stops under 5 and 10 mins, multiple grocery stores, restaurants, retail, gyms, shopping, and local churches. Most utilities are included and we even have a pool! Roommates are social young professionals in their mid twenties to early thirties, who love hosting dinner parties and small get-togethers!

3 women household, 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths with 1/2 bath for guests on the main floor off the living room. Brand-new fridge and dishwasher. W/D and ironing board are in unit, in a separate room off the kitchen. Brick wood-burning fireplace. Window seat bench makes for a great reading nook!
