• One bedroom with closet and two windows on the 2nd floor (one flight of stairs)
• $950 monthly rent + utilities
• Roughly 12x14ft
• 3bd 1 bath house
• Street-parking outside house
• Window-unit A/C and radiator heating in each room
• Fully stocked kitchen and furnished living/dining rooms
• Patio and front yard with grill

Your other roommates worked in the private sector in comms and one journalist who is regularly out of state for work. Both are laid back and keep the common areas clean.
