Our furnished English basement will be available for rent from late January, if you or someone you know is looking for a place on the Hill.

It's a spacious 1BR/1BA apartment with a private entrance. It has good sized entryway, bedroom, kitchen-diner, living room and full bathroom with shower. It also has a lovely bright office which is a great work from home option, as well as a nice sized outdoor patio. Rent is $1500 / month including all utilities and Netflix. We can rent it fully furnished or move some items out if you have some of your own.

We're a few blocks North of Lincoln Park, in a safe and friendly part of the Hill. We're also walking distance from Eastern Market and Union Station and only 2 blocks from H street.

We live in the unit upstairs, with our 3 year old son, Ben, and black lab, Winnie.
