Looking for female roommate for CapHill home - $1100/mo.
Looking for a third roommate to join our wonderful Capitol Hill row-home. Sadly, our roommate got a wonderful job abroad and will be leaving us. The house is just minutes from Eastern Market and the Capitol and along many bike and bus paths. The room is located on the main floor (the second floor of the building) and has plenty of space for a queen bed and desk for working at home. There are 2 closets with plenty of storage, a remodeled kitchen, and amazing rooftop deck during the warmer months. The bathroom is shared with 1 other roommate.
Looking for a roommate who is clean and quiet but also enjoys hosting (we host monthly book club)! We’re involved in different activities but enjoy spending time together during happy hour or movie night.
Rent is $1100/month and we all split utilities which run about $50-75/month. We have lived in the home for nearly 3 years and have a good relationship with the landlord who lives just around the corner.
