Seeking CF Roommate for mid-Sep/Oct. 1

Hi there! I live in a 3BR/2.5 BA rowhouse in Anacostia and am looking for a CF roommate. The house is about a 5-7 minute walk to the Anacostia metro station with street parking. I have lived here for a year and a half and it's a great community area. Rent is $900 + utilities per month and would be looking for someone to move in by mid-September to October 1, or sooner.
