Great Basement Apartment in Annandale
Basement apartment for rent just inside the beltway in Annandale, just off of the 495 gallows exit, in a fairly quiet neighborhood. The apartment has a bedroom with a closet, living room with an additional closet, space for a kitchen table, full kitchen (full refrigerator, sink, dishwasher, oven, stove, and kitchen cabinets), and full bathroom. You'll have your own full size washer and dryer separate from the rest of the house and a private entrance in the back of the house. There is plenty of street parking right in front of the house.
The apartment is $1500 a month for rent and includes utilities (water, gas, electricity, and internet).
The apartment will be available on Jan 1st.
