Shared 1bed 1bath apartment available for CM in Foggy Bottom, 2 blocks from the metro stop. Building has a small gym and secure bike storage in the basement. Message me for more details and pictures!

My roommate is getting married October 1 and so I'm looking for someone to fill his spot on the lease, which would run until May 2023. Rent is $1050/month, all utilities included except for WiFi which runs about $10/month. A little about me: I'm a mechanical engineer working up in Maryland 3 days a week and the rest of the time at home. I'm very active in my church and would be happy to offer you a ride on Sunday if you're looking for a church community! In the evenings/on weekends you can find me at a friend's house for dinner, out to a movie, playing volleyball/spikeball, hiking, etc.
