Open Room for CM in South Arlington off Columbia Pike/Walter Reed Dr

Looking for a solid Christian guy to rent my spare bedroom in my recently renovated two bedroom/one bath townhouse in S Arlington off Columbia Pike/Walter Reed Dr for $1,000/month plus utilities (about $75/month). There are lots of busses that go to Pentagon City and straight downtown DC. Usually takes me under 30 minutes to metro to work in Penn Quarter or 15-20 minutes to drive. Community includes a pool (closed now thru Memorial Day), tennis courts, and extra storage. Walking distance to a grocery store, lots of restaurants, bars, and coffee shops.
