Room Available for CF in Shirlington Area - Avail. mid-September
Room available in a bright and sunny apartment in the historic and quaint Fairlington neighborhood! The house is a 20 minutes walk to Shirlington, with a grocery store, restaurants, a movie theater and shops. Rent is $900 monthly and the security deposit is $900. Utilities are split evenly and are about $75-100 a month, water is included in rent.
The house is completely furnished, so all you need is to furnish the room! There is one polite cat in the house, but no other animals. Short term lease option is available, but not less than 3 months.

- Easy access to 395, 495 and Reagan National Airport
