Are you a mid twenties lady looking for a charming, southern facing, sunny, historic row house in Capitol Hill to call home? Look no further! Our lovely home is looking for a 4th roomie to join our post pandemic adventure beginning 10/16

 A bit about us:

 We are 3 mid to late twenties ladies, who love everything that DC has to offer, but especially our quiet, beautiful, and walkable neighborhood that we enjoy more than anything! We have a strong sense of community in the home -- wine and movie nights, house dinners, baking (one roomie is a semi pro, like straight up), plant rehabilitation, and patio lounging (when it's rose weather) are frequent occurrences. 

A bit about the room:

 This room is actually kind of the best in the house -- it’s coldest in the summer (has great AC in there), warmest in the winter, and is the quietest because it sits at the back of the house.

 A bit about finances: 

$1000/month

$100 - $150 Utilities/month (includes wifi, gas, electric, water)

Large shared bathroom

Our one-year lease will begin 10/16/2022
