We're moving from the area and renting our home. It is a recently renovated 4 bed/2.5 bath rowhome. It was central AC, hardwood floors, an open kitchen-living-dining area, new washer and dryer, and a large back deck. 3 bedrooms on the top level with one full bath, a half bath on the main level, and one bedroom and full bath downstairs. Multiple living areas with a large, private back deck!
Located across the street from the Brookland metro and 2 blocks from Chipotle, Starbucks and the shops & restaurants on Monroe. The CVS and Yes! Organic grocery store are just a few minutes walk up 12th St NE (about 5-10 minutes), along with all the other restaurants on 12th... Brookland's Finest, Masala Story, Primrose, Menomale and more. It's a wonderful neighborhood! We have really enjoyed living here.
Available August 20th. Security deposit equal to one month's rent. Tenants are responsible for electric, gas and water (I can prove the last few months utility history). Pets are considered on a case by case basis, but we do have a strict no smoking policy.
