Our large, 4 bedroom home in Petworth that has a forming community has 2 more rooms available for rent - a larger, master bedroom for $1200/mo and smaller room with shared full bathroom for $900/mo. Two women from this forum have taken the other rooms.
1st floor has large living area, dining room, sunroom and kitchen with all updated appliances
12min walk to Petworth Metro (green/yellow line), 62/63 bus stops steps from front door
10min walk to Safeway, Yes Organic, local restaurants, close to Rock Creek park.
Sits in front of Sherman Circle.
Large, cared for backyard with small deck and large patio area that can serve as parking for 1 car.
