$1,600 / 1br - Spacious, Single Master Bedroom with Parking in Idyllic Capitol Hill! (Capitol Hill)
On September 1st, we will have a spacious, single master bedroom with a huge closet and large bathroom available for $1,600/month — that doesn’t include utilities, but it includes a private parking spot!
We’re looking for a guy to move in with us.
I’ve been in this house for nearly five years and it’s simply incredible! It’s an awesome Capitol Hill location only six blocks away from Trader Joe’s, Eastern Market, and the Blue and Orange Metro Lines; six blocks away from H Street; and a 20-minute walk from the Capitol. Additionally, the landlord/owner is incredibly kind, thoughtful, and responsive.
This 2,000+ square feet house is extremely nice and comes with some serious benefits:
∙ Over 2,600 square feet
∙ Two levels of a row home
∙ Hardwood floors throughout
∙ Recently updated kitchen with gas range
∙ Stainless steel appliances
∙ Granite countertops
∙ Private, fenced-in backyard
∙ Utilities include Fios high-speed Internet and TV, electric and water, some household shared items, and an affordable monthly cleaning service (totally worth it). Utilities range between $150 and $200.
