Den Available for CF in H St. Apartment $1000/month

Our roommate is moving to NYC for a new job, so we have a room available in our apartment. The room is a den (no windows) with a closet. It can fit a queen size bed, dresser, and desk. You would share a bathroom with one other roommate. Our building has a rooftop pool, gym, 24/7 concierge, and package room. We're right next to a Giant and Union Station (red line) is just a 10 minute walk. Our roommate starts her job in September, however the room can become available as early as the end of July. Rent is $1000/month. 

About us: I'm a Hill staffer in my late 20s. I attend a church on Capitol Hill and graduated from the University of Texas. My other roommate graduated from Virginia Tech during the pandemic and works in health care. We're both clean, outgoing, and courteous.
