Seeking 1 CF for Shared In-law Suite, Alexandria VA- August 1 or September 1
Seeking 1 CF for long term housing -2 year lease with move in date of August 1 or September 1.
The Home: Our house is a big and beautiful townhome with a detached in-law suite located in Del Rey, Alexandria! Our common kitchen and living room have high ceilings and a modern style. We are within walking distance of several grocery stores, many coffee shops, Target, and are a 20-minute walk to the Braddock Metro.
The Space: We are seeking one CF who want to share this space with another CF in her early 20s who moved in June 1. The in-law suite is full of windows, has a minibar, a microwave, and tons of storage space. It has its own full bathroom. The space is very new-looking and beautiful. It is on top of the garage just across the patio from the main home. The rent is around $600 not including shared utilities.

The Community: We are a welcoming, Christ-centered home with professionals in their 20's and 30's who go to a variety of churches in the area.
